NZCPHM Annual Scientific Meeting 2022



We warmly welcome you to attend the NZCPHM 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting from 16 - 18 November.

The conference theme is Kaupapa Hauora: Ngā Mana, Ngā Manaakitanga, Ngā Urutā - Planetary Health: Power, Privilege and Pandemics.

Sessions on Thursday, 17 November will include Health System Reforms; and Power, Privilege and Planetary Health.  On Friday, 18 November, the focus will shift to Reflections on a Pandemic.

The ASM workshop will be held on Wednesday 16 November 2022. The topic of the workshop is Integrated Systems thinking and Modelling for Public Health: a practice focus.

We look forward to meeting up kanohi ki te kanohi in Dunedin - the ASM will provide a great opportunity to regroup and reconnect. Options for attending virtually on Thursday and Friday will also be available. The workshop will only be held in Dunedin (no virtual attendance option).

We are now calling for abstracts for submitted papers.  Abstracts relevant to the conference theme, or on any public health topic, are welcome. The closing date for abstracts is Wednesday 31 August, 2022.




Accommodation for the conference is available is available at Te Rangi Hiroa College (student halls of residence). Rates are ensuite room $135.00 per night, for one person and ensuite room $155.00 per night, for two people.  Further information is available here
