We are looking for a registrar who will enjoy working with a highly innovative team focused on reducing inequalities and engaging effectively with stakeholders and community. Our public health physicians in addition to the wider team will be available to train you in core aspects of public health practice such as communicable disease control, environmental health, emergency management, and addressing the determinants of health using health promotion and policy approaches.
Hawke’s Bay will provide both challenges and opportunities as we focus on transforming our engagement with iwi and hapu in a post treaty settlement environment.
