2025 Registrar Orientation and Training Days
The College has organised two days filled with exciting public health workshops, networking and Whakawhanaungatanga. This is a wonderful opportunity to attend the first face to face training days of the year with our other registrars, training programme supervisors and staff. It is expected that registrars attend unless unwell or on interrupted training.
Venue: The Copthorne Hotel, 100 Oriental Parade, Wellington

- Day 1: 10.00am - 4.00pm
- Day 2: 09.00am - 4.00pm
MĀORI REGISTRAR TRAINING DAY
Registrars who are Māori, are welcome to attend a training day separate to orientation on Wednesday, 19 February 2025 in Wellington, you need to register your attendance to the workshop and the dinner, dinner details will follow later. Please register your attendance here.
REGISTRAR DINNER
All registrars are welcome to attend an organised dinner on Thursday, 20 February 2025 in Wellington, please register your attendance here, dinner details will follow later, confirmed numbers required by 14 February 2025.
PROGRAMME
The two-day programme will be available to download once finalised at a later date along with information on the planned workshops.
ACCOMMODATION
It is advisable that you start arranging and booking your accommodation and flights now to get the best possible deal.
EXPENSE CLAIM FORMS
Reimbursement of flight expenses can be submitted from January 2025 onwards and accommodation expenses from March 2025, these need to be supported by your GST receipts on an expense claim form and emailed to education@nzcphm.org.nz
