The NZCPHM is a not-for-profit organisation that provides specialist training for Public Health Medicine Specialists and registrars, as well as professional support and continuing professional development for Public Health Medicine Specialists.

You will be responsible for coordinating and providing support for all aspects of the College's training programme and will be the main point of contact for registrars on our Public Health Medicine Training Programme. You will also assist in the setting up and administration of regular training events.

This interesting and varied role requires a person with excellent administration, communication and organisational skills. Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Willingness to learn and advance skills

This is a permanent position which could be full-time or four days a week negotiable.
