The Committee is an expert body established under section 93 of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022. Its role is to provide independent, public-facing, science-based public health advice to the Minister of Health and health sector entities.
The Committee are seeking members with expertise, insight, and a commitment to improving public health outcomes for all New Zealanders.
