This is an exciting opportunity for a vocationally registered Public Health Medicine Specialist to work within a collaborative and high-impact public health environment.
You will:
- Provide clinical leadership and specialist public health advice within a Regional Public Health Service
- Contribute to a cohesive, effective, and equitable health system
- Support professional quality and leadership across multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to operational service delivery across the region including supporting on-call activity and Medical Officer of Health statutory duties when required
- Participate in on-call and emergency/public health response activities
Permanent Part-time position of 0.8 FTE based in the South Island - Canterbury/Christchurch
Expertise: Clinical Senior Medical Officers, Medical Officers, and Fellows - Public Health
